SEC Approves New FINRA Rules Governing Communications With the Public

FINRA recently announced the SEC's approval of FINRA's proposed Rules 2210 and 2212 through 2216 governing communications with the public (the "Communication Rules"). The new Rules become effective on February 4, 2013.

FINRA issued Regulatory Notice 12-29 to announce the SEC's approval of FINRA's proposed Rules. A copy of Regulatory Notice 12-29 can be found here.
